EICR Testing

If you’re a private landlord, then your property(s) will need to have an electrical safety check conducted every five years in line with current private rented sector regulations.

Our highly qualified, NICEIC-approved electricians are on hand to provide a thorough investigation of the electrics on the property, including the condition of the earthing and bonding, any damaged electrical fittings and any exposed live wires. The results of this inspection are documented in what is called an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), which, if satisfactory, confirms that the electrical installation within the property is in a safe condition. A copy of this report will be supplied to the tenants.
