As the head of finance and admin at Next Gen Group, Emily is a multitasking superstar. She oversees all administrative duties, ensuring that all departments within the company are running smoothly. What did you want to be when you were younger? A zookeeper
What’s your time been like working at next gen. I started at the very beginning like a lot of other staff when it was the energy depot, I started as admin and helped manage social media, I have since completed further studies in bookkeeping and accountancy and now I manage accounts and social media across all the Next Gen group.

Elle Warren: Admin Manager

Elle Warren, our admin manager, is the driving force behind our energy-saving initiatives. She focuses solely on processing contracts and updating our system to ensure seamless operations. Working side by side with our business account managers. Her expertise and dedication in the energy-saving sector make her an indispensable part of our team.

Describe yourself in 3 words? Determined, passionate, affectionate.
What’s your time been like working at next gen. I started at the next gen group at the very beginning, since it was known as The Energy depot, I initially started on the phones liaising with customers as a business account manager, I then progressed to customer relation manager and then to administration manager.
Tell us something we don’t know. I am top barista in the office.

Deanna James: Admin

Deanna’s primary focus is on the energy-saving side of our operations, working closely alongside Elle. With her expertise, Deanna ensures that our energy-saving initiatives are carried out seamlessly. Whether it’s managing client accounts or assisting in other business areas, Deanna’s attention to detail makes her an integral part of the team.

What were you doing prior to next gen? Worked in admin for a cleaning company and before that I worked for a pharmaceutical information company.

Abi Hancock: Admin

Abi Hancock’s role spans across our solar and electrical businesses. She is responsible for arranging appointments with clients for installation and maintenance of solar systems, as well as addressing any errors or issues that may arise. Abi’s expertise in the solar and electrical field helps us deliver top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their systems are running efficiently.
